The Easter weekend is a fantastic time to gather with family and friends, enjoy seasonal food, and welcome the arrival of spring. This year, Ulriksdals V\u00e4rdshus is open all Easter weekend and we look forward to celebrating Easter with you on April 17-20.<\/p>\r\n

During Easter, you are welcome to join us for dinner on April 17th, and both lunch and dinner on April 18-20. Our two carefully composed three-course Easter menus highlight the best seasonal ingredients and traditional flavours.<\/p>\r\n

Starter:<\/strong>\u00a0Ulriksdal’s clay pot herring<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Main Course:<\/strong>\u00a0Variation of lamb – racks, brisket, and sausage served with herb salad and Wr\u00e5ngeb\u00e4ck gratinated potatoes<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Dessert:<\/strong>\u00a0Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e with rhubarb<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Optional Add-on:<\/strong>\u00a0Kalix vendace roe with red onion, smetana, lemon, and butter-fried toast for 345 SEK<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Starter:<\/strong>\u00a0White asparagus with poached egg, ramson hollandaise, and vendace roe<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Main Course:<\/strong>\u00a0Charred Arctic char with blue mussels, dill, fresh garlic, white wine sauce, and Jerusalem artichoke pur\u00e9e<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Dessert:<\/strong>\u00a0Raspberry bavarois on a brownie base with butter caramel and white chocolate<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Optional Add-on:<\/strong>\u00a0Kalix vendace roe with red onion, smetana, lemon, and butter-fried toast for 345 SEK<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Starter:<\/strong>\u00a0Vegetable sticks with dip<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Main Course:<\/strong>\u00a0Children’s steak with French fries and b\u00e9arnaise sauce<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Dessert:<\/strong>\u00a0Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce On April 18-20 from 2PM to 6:30 PM, we organize an Easter egg hunt in the garden and egg painting in the pavilion.
