Celebrate Easter at Ulriksdals Värdshus
The Easter weekend is a fantastic time to gather with family and friends, enjoy seasonal food, and welcome the arrival of spring. This year, Ulriksdals Värdshus is open all Easter weekend and we look forward to celebrating Easter with you on April 17–20.
Enjoy a three-course menu with a touch of spring
During Easter, you are welcome to join us for dinner on April 17th, and both lunch and dinner on April 18–20. Our two carefully composed three-course Easter menus highlight the best seasonal ingredients and traditional flavours.
Three-Course Menu 1 (795 SEK per person):

Starter: Ulriksdal's clay pot herring
Main Course: Variation of lamb – racks, brisket, and sausage served with herb salad and Wrångebäck gratinated potatoes
Dessert: Crème Brûlée with rhubarb
Optional Add-on: Kalix vendace roe with red onion, smetana, lemon, and butter-fried toast for 345 SEK
Three-Course Menu 2 (795 SEK per person):

Starter: White asparagus with poached egg, ramson hollandaise, and vendace roe
Main Course: Charred Arctic char with blue mussels, dill, fresh garlic, white wine sauce, and Jerusalem artichoke purée
Dessert: Raspberry bavarois on a brownie base with butter caramel and white chocolate
Optional Add-on: Kalix vendace roe with red onion, smetana, lemon, and butter-fried toast for 345 SEK
Children's Menu (295 SEK per person):
Served to children up to 12 years old. Subject to changes.
Starter: Vegetable sticks with dip
Main Course: Children's steak with French fries and béarnaise sauce
Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce
Easter egg hunt and egg painting for the little ones

On April 18–20 from 2PM to 6:30 PM, we organize an Easter egg hunt in the garden and egg painting in the pavilion. To make Easter extra magical for the children!
